Hi Sridhar and Netters, I really do not know if buying the tickets in India would be the best thing to do in your case. Have your parents enquire about it. In my case Bmby-Ny-Bmby. the price was a little cheaper in Bombay than if I bought the tickets here. Ask them also to enquire about visit USA tickets that are available in India. They allow travel within US they might have some restrictions. Those tickets could be cheaper when bought in India. I don't know how much they cost here. They cover travel related accidents and mishaps only for $60-70 for about 2-3mo. Massachussetts Indemnity and Life Insurance Co. 9200 watson rd., St. Louis, Missouri 63126. Their visitor health plan costs $90/mo. (314) 849 5555. I haven't started shopping around for a coverage. So please let me know what you find on this matter.
