Subject: Cricket news The West Indies won the third test in Bridgetown, Barbados on Monday (1 day early) by an innings and 30 runs. The scores were: WI 418 (Richardson 160, Haynes 84, Richards 51) England 189 and 199 With this victory, the West Indies have retained the Wisden Trophy. Although not over by any means, this series has all the indications of being a "blackwash" like the one two summers ago when the Windies won all five tests. They also lead the 1 day series 2-1 with the final one being played on Monday. _________________________________________________________________________ - Vijay Madisetti. vijaykm@medea.berkeley.edu.
