What is unusual is the short lead time. Normally it takes a year or so waiting to get a machine. However, Apple said they wanted real bad at the same time that another customer was not sure that they wanted to finalize. The other customer put it off 24 hours and BANG! Apple gets their machine and th eother customer waits until later. He who hesitates has lost. Apple says they want it for CAD/CAM work, but if you believe that...
