The decision has been made! If anyone wants a fairly lengthy set of
hints files containing material that has not been posted, mail to
harmon%h-sc4@harvard.ARPA. Depending on the number of responses, I
will either mail them to you, or post them all to net.sources. Note
that these files refer to our version of hack and cannot account for
any local modifications here or anywhere else.
Would someone tell me who posted the file with so much information on foods?
I would like to give credit, but I did not save the signature lines. I'm talking
about the file with tables for dead monsters, cans, and many other things.
Also, would anyone please post or mail me with the following information if you
have it?
Anything about ropes, keys, or any other useful items except cameras,
iceboxes, or whistles.
Anything about bodies of water.
Any way to stop petrification, or confirmation that dead lizards are,
indeed, no good.
