Wrest the last charge out of a wand of wishing and use it to get another wand of wishing. Chances are the new wand will be "used up," but if it isn't you get three new charges and if it is you can wrest the final charge out of it to ask for another wand of wishing and repeat the process. If your keyboard has auto-repeat it is handy to get exactly 26 items in your pack and make the wand of wishing the last one; then you just hold down the z key until you get your final charge. Spell carefully... Want lots of amulets? Run a studly character down to get his/her first amulet and then gather all sorts of useful emergency weapons on your way up to level 1. Drop a few rations of food and all your emergency weapons at level 2 and run up to level 1. Get on another terminal and start a new character (preferably a cave-man) and go to level 2. Pick up all the good stuff and name it appropriately before you forget. Run like hell as deep as you can get easily (i.e. the first maze). Save your game and run your original character (who you are playing on a different terminal) down to a maze level and get another amulet, then run it up to level 25 and switch to another terminal and unsave your second character and save it again. Woila! When your original character descends you get more mazes! --Have fun Cliff
