[net.games.hack] Enchant weapon vs wielded wand

	"If you wield a wand that's been used up and read an enchant
	weapon scroll, will it add any charges to the wand?"

Not in version 1.0.2.  The thing being wielded must be a weapon, or
nothing happens except "strange feeling" or "your hands twitch",
depending upon your experience.
