The person who is "responsible" for maintaining and distributing the hack sources, namely Andries Brouwer, is in Denmark temporarily and has been for quite a while now. I sent mail to him about a couple of bugs I found and was extremely surprised to learn that I was the first to successfully do so since he released version 1.0.3. He informed me that he doesn't have regular access to USENET and that mail was being lost during the past three or four months and he asked me to bring this to your attention. So, if you mailed him during that time, you may want to try again. Mail to his "official" address, namely "mcvax!aeb", still works and is temporarily forwarded to the machine he actually uses. If you report bugs just by posting an article, therefore, it is possible that he will never see it. By the way, I was wielding 9 rocks against an acid blob and got the message "the 9 rocks corrode"?! -- UUCP: ...!seismo!mcvax!ukc!dcl-cs!stephen DARPA: stephen%comp.lancs.ac.uk@ucl-cs | Post: University of Lancaster, JANET: stephen@uk.ac.lancs.comp | Department of Computing, Phone: +44 524 65201 Ext. 4599 | Bailrigg, Lancaster, UK.
