	It is *not* a Canadian dialect - I suspect it's just poor typing
(notice the 'v' is just beneath the 'f' on your keyboard).

The distance (physical keyboard distance, not psychological distance)between the "f" and the "v" can easily cause typos.

Or maybe it is a Canadian dialect of beer drinkers who want to

	Just take OV, add an L, add an E,
	And you have ...

I read somewhere (last Sunday's Chicago Tribune I think) that they have
been able to cure leprosy over in China somewhere.  Anybody know any more?
