*** YOUR MESSAGE *** Maybe somebody can help me since it's impossible to read the lyrics on the inner sleeve of Prince's "Purple Rain" album (written in purple on a colored background). On the other hand, what I'm looking for may not be there. At the beginning and end of "Baby I'm a Star", there are some spoken words that I absolutely can't make out. If anybody has any idea what is being said, I'd love to be let in on the secret. By the way, if you liked Morris Day in the movie, I recommend picking up the album "Ice Cream Castle", by The Time. Both of the songs from the movie by The Time are on it, two other songs (including the title) also appear. But the high point are the other two cuts, which are mostly spoken scenes between Day and a woman, done over music. Much of the club "champagne" scene that he did with Appolonia in the movie is repeated in the 'song' "Chili Sauce", and it's hilarious. I hope he doesn't take himself seriously. -- Mark A. ...uw-beaver!ssc-vax!adolph "Computers are like preppies: they just boil around in their own way and you have to do things their way or they blow you off." Didya ever listen to the backwards tracking on the Purple Rain album. Last track, side one... right after Darling Nikki. There's a voice that says: "Hello, how are you? I am fine, 'cuz I know that the Lord is coming, he's coming soon. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha...."
