iff (the weapon is a TWO-HANDED-SWORD) and
(the monster is an ORC) and
(the weapon is named "Orcrist") and
(you don't miss) then
you hit the Orc "up to" 10 hit points harder.
Confirmed for both 1.02 and 1.03
