	I don't mean to start this discussion again, but a couple of quotes:

	"[the second most important skill to programming] is an exceptional
	mastery of one's native tongue" - Edsger W. Dijkstra, quoted last
	month

	"Since many centuries man has characterized natural numbers" - EWD,
	A Discipline of Programming, 1976.

	I realize EWD's native tongue is Dutch, not English, but the
juxtaposition's still pretty funny.
