Well, I certainly got what I wanted! I recieved about eight replies since
I posted my query, all very informative.
( If you have more to add, please mail it to me, so that I can post it on
the net in one lump, thanks. )
Several people wrote asking me to post the information I recieved, here it
is :

About ordering:

o In the Boston area, I've found THE NEWBURY COMICS shop. They have an
excellent reputation for being able to obtain a record if you can supply
them with the artist, title, and company. There are two locations that I
know of, in Cambridge ( Harvard Sq. ), and Newbury St., Boston. I have
ordered BofL and SC from them, I hope to have the albums in my grubbies in
a week ( I'll mail a note to anyone who wishes to hear the results ).

 o From Tw Cook,
	[ {hplabs, hp-pcd, hpfcla}!hpisla!tw or twc@hplabs.CSNET ]
[ (303) 667-5000x3724	HP Instrument Systems Lab, Loveland, CO ]

   >Try "Down Home Records" on San Pablo Avenue in El Cerrito, CA. I
   >don't have the exact address handy, but you can probably get a phone
   >number from directory assistance. They take plastic-money mail
   >orders over the phone. They're also a great source for blues,
   >old-timey, vintage country, vintage jazz, british isles, etc. Ask
   >about their catalogs. If you're desperate, send me mail and I'll
   >try to dig out the precise address and phone number.

 o Warner/Reprise
		Reprise Records
		Warner Brothers Record Inc.
		488 Madison Ave.
		New York, NY
   or
		~
		4000 Warner Blvd.
		Burbank, CA.

 o Shanachie
		Shanachie Records
		1375 Crosby Ave.
		Bronx, NY 10461

Shanachie has a fantastic catalog I am told, and they carry many, many
artists ( not only those on their own label ). The prices for albums
ordered from their catalog are ~$7.00, and ~$10.00 for double albums.

Good luck!
