[net.misc] Submitting to more than one newsgroup

Would people who submit messages to more than one newsgroup PLEASE
submit it to both simultaneously.  Later versions of B News are
smart enough to only show the message once in this case.  If you
submit the message separately to each group, everybody will see
it twice, not just the poor suckers running an old version of news.
