Hi, Would you please remember my cousin in your prayers. He's a Roman Catholic priest in the Maryknoll missionary order. He is stationed in the area of Bengladesh (spelling?) that was hit by the tidal wave and we haven't heard from him yet. And also pray for all the other people hurt, homeless, or killed, and for those working to help them. He's quite a character. He is a first cousin. When he attended Seattle University he lived with us. Prior to going to Bengladesh he spent the last 6 (or was it 9) years in the Phillipines, teaching God's Love and farming. The Communists there hated him so much, since he taught the people how to be independent farmers instead of rifle carrying killers, that they offered anyone who killed him a reward. So there he was running all over the back country on his little Honda, and not one person tried to hurt him. And these people are poor, very poor. But rich in God's Love, partly through the hard work of my cousin and that of many other missionaries of other Christian faiths. He never left the Phillipines during his entire assignment there for a single vacation. He thought the money could be put to better use. Every Christmas we received a form letter, with a short personal hand written note, in which he asked for money for the missions. Interesting guy. Thank you for your prayers. You might also mention my aunt and uncle, Bob's parents, who are really worried right now.
