Paul, I really feel sorry for you. Your life must be miserable for you to feel that a Superior Being is so awful. My life is pretty great; therefore it is rather difficult for me to believe that my God is so terrible. If He were so, why would he allow me to live so well? I'll pray that your life becomes happier!

I, for instance, find my life pretty great but don't believe in god. Now let's include some ethiopians and get their perspective on a benevolent Superior Being... no, wait, I caught it in time, that's a case of man's inhumanity to man, isn't it? Why do I feel that some philosophies and beliefs have backed every horse in the race? No matter what the outcome they can either take the credit for it, our avoid inconvient conclusions.
