This is not meant my opinion, just one things I heard about the band, and
one thing that I know about them.

FIRST: Dr. Walter Martin says, " Personaly I don't think it is music. I
don't think that you have to take on the `image of the world' to share the
   gosple."

SECOND: Pastor Chuck Smith, whom I have met at a few pastors conferences, is
their pastor and personal counselor. His Calvary Church in California
supplies the band with the bibles that are given away at their concerts.
Chuck says, " Personaly I like their music, except I won't let them play in
my church wearing their `tights'. We do supply Stryper and Undercover with
bibles, of which we can never keep enough in stock they give so many away,
and I counsel the members of both bands personaly. They are all men of God,
and being obiedient to the calling of God, even through severe persecution.
They are reaching a group of people that otherwise would not be reached.
There audience wouldn't come to hear the Word of God in my church on a
Sunday morning, but they will go to a rock concert, and there they will hear
it in their own language. Many kids have, and will, come to know Jesus
Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour through bands like Stryper and
Undercover, as well as many others like them."

I just thought that these might be interesting for you to read. Ric Harris
