[net.micro.mac] Apple Lisa, ComputerCraft, NO SUPPORT

In October of 1983, I purchased a Lisa computer from Mission Computer Center,
Palo Alto, CA, whose operations were subsequently purchased by ComputerCraft.
It was, at the time, represented to me that within a month there would be
available both the LisaPascal programming language, and the LisaWorkshop
programming environment, without which the Lisa is incapable of doing anything
but the 7 applications initially offered.  As a programmer of some 15 years,
it should be obvious that I wouldn't buy a computer I couldn't personally
program.  In fact, I had every intention of making my living by becoming an
independent software developer of applications for the Lisa.  It was my intent
to become self employed, and make my living by programming my Lisa.
	On the anniversary of my Lisa purchase I tried for the umpteenth time
to take delivery of a programming environment/language for my Lisa, and was
again told it was unavailable.  Also, the hardware "upgrade" which was 
supposed to have been available in June of 1984 was still not available.  I
beseeched the manager of the store with this story, and he suggested that I
call the local Apple representative, which I did.  I was told that within a
week the hardware upgrade would be shipped to ComputerCraft.
	At the end of November I returned to the store, and was again told that
nothing was available.  Returning in early December, I demanded a full refund
upon return of my Lisa, and was told by the store manager that he couldn't
authorize such, and that I would have to talk to the regional office.  I
proceeded to visit the regional office, and repeat my demand of a full refund.
I was told that the regional office was not authorized to authorize such a 
return, and that I would be contacted by a representative of ComputerCraft
corporate, and left my work and home phone #'s toward that end.  I was, as
expected, not contacted.  Having waited a full week for ComputerCraft corporate
to respond to my request, I can only conclude that ComputerCraft not only never
has supported me, but that they never will, and find no alternative but to
initiate a lawsuit regarding ComputerCraft's breach of contract and fraud.  In
short, what was delivered to me was a closed system incapable of being 
programmed, and therefore something I would not have purchased in the first
place if it had been so represented.  I have every intent of pressing a law
suit which requests not only a full refund of the purchase price, but also
treble damages as a punitive measure to prevent ComputerCraft from continuing
these unlawful practices.
