He tells me they have had no problems with upgrades (he did his own, first). They offer a 90-day warranty, and, as Cris mentioned, give very professional assistance on dismantling and shipping your Mac. The prices are $499 for one; $449 each for 2-10, and something less for 11+. Of course, MacDraw/MacProject are not included for early owners.
