[] I've published (finally) a SUMacs interface to the ABSpeak code. It's in net.sources.mac. Contained is: speaker.c - tiny demo speak.c - loads resource, calls asm aspeak.s - asm which actually calls resource Speak.h - header, not really necessary speaker.binhex - binhex application of speaker.c with MSPK resource I forgot the makefile, but it's real simple. Remember that when you make a new application, you have to paste a copy of the MSPK resource into it with resedit or rmover. This can be done with the rmaker, but I'm too lazy. Use the ABSpeak program to create your text, then stick it in your speak call. Much fun can be had with this little devil. Good Luck! (did you all see the "Note to pinheads:" line in net.sources? I've never laughed so hard reading the net!) Send comments/questions via email. Flames to Dr. Ruth... Have fun! -- J Bradford Parker uucp: seismo!harvard!gcc-bill!brad "Ahhh...
