[net.micro.mac] How to use Switcher 2.0 ?

I have downloaded Switcher version 2.0 from the net, but need help on
using it.  Yes, I have a lot of fun trying to figure it out but all I
can do now is launch an application or so.  Can somebody please explain
the Menu items briefly?
