[net.micro.mac] New Inside Mac info for Canadians

I recently managed to get hold of someone at Apple Canada about the new
phonebook version of "Inside Mac". They said they didn't have any yet but
expected some next week. They also said it would be available at dealers. They
told me that they had not fixed a price yet but that it would probably be in
the $40-$45 range.

interesting; they told *me* a couple of weeks ago it cost $180, when
I visited Apple in Toronto.  Different version?
