[net.micro.mac] Mac Video??

Does anyone know anything about the alleged compatability of the mac serial
port and a standard RGB video system.  A recent issue of MacWorld indicated thatthis was possible. Is it true?  I find it hard to believe... anyone know the
answer?

misinformation deserves a prize for creativity.
