... I've just posted a BinHex 4.0 copy of a MacTerminal Document to net.mac.sources. This document has a new key map resource in it that remaps the delete and backspace so that delete is the default action when pressing the backspace key and backspace is produced by clover-backspace. It also addes cursor keys to the main keyboard accessed by ^9 ^0 ^- ^= (in much the same position as a regular VT-100). The easiest way to use this is to just clone the file and add whatever customizations to the MacTerminal document (phone numbers, etc) that you want for systems were deletes are much used.
