This little DA occasionally goes into repeat-random-character-forever mode. This behavior occurs when you somehow access a disk drive, e.g., by inserting a disk into a drive or by trying to eject a disk. It can happen when a resource file is accessed also. Even when the program appears to run without error and is terminated normally, it leaves the Mac in a ready-to-crash state.
