One thing I like about the un-remapped key layout is that control-1 through control-0 map to the delete key, so you can use one hand to hit a delete. I don't use the cursor movement keys that much, and I use backspace more often than delete; isn't there some way to (easily) remap the key board to suit local conditions? Perhaps a DA for macterminal to edit the resource which contains the map information?
