Does anyone have a clear line to where someone is planning to release a native code Modula-2 for the Mac? I have seen both the Volition and Modula corp versions and I assume that the public domain compiler is also a intermediate code version. MacModula has a nice interface with the Mac but takes forever to compile and link. The Volition compiler is the P-system all over again but otherwise is an excellent intermediate code compiler. I want POWER! I have heard that Senic is doing a native but I haven't heard hide nor hair of it since last Christmas. Modula Corp is also in the race but they seem far behind in their schedule. Also there are rumors of a Borland turbo pascal for Mac, and they are working on a turbo M-2, but it will be out on the PC first. It may take a while for it to make it to the Mac. I even called Interlogic and they want to transport their M-2 compiler to Mac, but its just a pipe dream as of yet. Anybody got a newer set of rumors?ar *** REPLACE THIS LINE WITH YOUR MESSAGE ***
