I contacted Apple on May 22nd about getting "Inside AppleTalk". I found
out that all Macintosh related documentation is now the responsibility
of Ms. Blanch McCoy (408) 973-2214. Upon specking to Blanch, a very
pleasant and helpful woman, she offered to send me an order form. The form
listed:
Inside Macintosh $ 25.00
Macintosh Software Supplement $100.00
Inside AppleTalk $ 75.00
Inside LaserWriter $ 75.00
The form contains the note: Purchased orders accepted with payment only.
Orders shipped via U.P.S. and not deliverable to any P.O. Box. Federal
Express (Optional)
