[net.micro.mac] upgrade: Printing non-built in fonts with the LaserWriter

At this moment printing with a font not in the LaserWriter takes a
very long time, as the characters are downloaded to the LaserWriter
as bitmaps. I have heard that this will be improved however, by downloading
the font itself to the LaserWriter...
