[net.misc] Bell backs off "Net/1"

I see that AIS/Net 1 has inflated to AIS/Net 1000, in response
to Ungerman-Bass' insistence that they own the name "Net/1".

I would have expected the phone company to throw their armies of
lawyers at this one in the usual fashion.  Chalk one up for
common sense!
