Is there are known problem with moving grouped objects around in MacDraw?
I'm running version 1.7, and when I group some objects containing text and
rounded boxes, I cannot move the object without seeing the text drift
farther and farther away from its original position. In fact, the text
finally disappears, and leaves only a phantom rectangle in its place.
The conditions that I can use to recreate the problem are:
1. Draw a rounded box
2. Fill it with two lines of centered paragraph text
3. Shadow them both with another rounded box in the background
4. Press "command-G" to group them
5. Be sure that custom rulers, with half the usual major spacing, are set
6. Swing that object round and round, and watch the "inner rectangle"
drift into the sunset.
I know that the problem does NOT occur when standard rulers are in place.
I haven't varied any of the other parameters (centered text, square cornered
boxes, only one line of paragraph text, etc.).
