I have posted Icon Maker and its documentation to net.sources.mac.
Icon Maker is a desk accessory that will make an icon from an image on
the screen. Icons made by Icon Maker can be linked to applications by
ResEdit or a resource compiler such as RMaker.
This software is shareware. Share it with others but do not sell it.
