[net.micro.mac] Imagewriter I/II Driver

I have a copy of the Imagewriter I/II driver which I anxiously installed
on my copy of PageMaker (Aldus).  It was a mistake.  There appears to be
some difficulty in the way PageMaker uses this driver.  Mixed text and
graphics would not print properly.
