This is a brief note to say I've posted a PREC #4 template to net.sources.mac.
This template allows ResEdit to be used to define custom page sizes and
shapes.
Included is a sample PREC #4 that defines two usual forms, US letter and
Computer Paper, plus two other forms: standard business envelopes and some
name badge cards I had around the house. (The standard Imagewriter is too
narrow to do an envelope very well, but if you try it, pull the little white
lever under the cover all the way forward to compensate for the thickness.)
