Recently shulman@topaz has started forwarding messages posted on
The MacSIG in Delphi to net.micro.mac. I for one find these both
interisting and valuble, but think we should set it so that the
"Delphi Digests" appear in their own newsgroup, say mod.delphi.mac
or whatever is deemed appropriate.
The new group would not generate more traffic, just organize
things a little better.
OK I'll confess I also have a selfish reason for this suggestion too..
Nightly my computer from home calls up and downloads new net.micro.mac
messages to my BBS (The Austin Party Board -512-442-1116 (1200/300))
and the incresed sie of the new stuff with these large postings chokes
my poor little Apple ][ with only 20 meg...
PLEASE post comments to net.news.group (the apropriate group) and
not net.micro.mac.
WHILE I'M at it count me as a supporter of net.sources.mac as it is NOW!
...If it ain't broken real bad dont mess with it!
