My wife recently discovered the original (or nearly so) ADVENTURE on a
Wang system where she works, and had a great time with it. I later
tried her on Zork, but it seemed to be a bit much. She has no interest
in some of the more visual games (Dungeon of Doom, etc.). Can anyone
suggest a text-only (or text-mostly) game for a computer neophyte? I'm
considering something along the lines of Suspect or Witness, but have
no other experience with such games, and would dearly love some advice.
Hints from those with non-technical mates is especially welcome.
