McDraw (Apple) "You may use the software on any computer owned by you"

Chart (Microsoft) "You may physically transfer the program from one
computer to another provided that the program is used on only one
computer at a time."

CLR Libraries (CLR) "... does not ... allow use of the program(s) on
more than one computer at a time."

Icon Switcher (PBI) "You hve a ... personal right to use the enclosed
computer program on one computer at time."

Fontastic (Altsys) "You may transfer the program from one computer to
another provided you only use the program on one computer at a time."

Versaterm (Peripherals) "... may not be copied ... except in the normal
use of the software or to make a backup copy."

Jazz (Lotus) "Individual program copies are licensed by Lotus ... to the
registered licensee only"

Mac C (Consulair) "... only use Mac C ... on one computer or work
station at a time."

Thus, I honestly say that I have never seen a program which was tied to
a particular cpu. Many other programs have copywrite agreements which
limit a person to one copy and perhaps a backup copy which implies that
you can only use one copy at a time, but does not limit who can use
that copy or on what machine they use it. License agreements restrict
the use to one licensee but not necessarily to one copy. However,
they all restrict it to one use at a time.
