I work at the Counseling and Mental Health Center at the Univ. of Texas at Austin. I am currently designing a scheduling system that will support about 1500 clients at one time. It will be used to schedule 45-55 counselors doing individual therapy, and 30-40 group counseling sessions. Sessions are usually on the hour or half hour. The program will be written in Rbase 5000. I am looking for a schedule program that can run on an IBM PC or IBM AT. We have the PC Network also. The schedule program does not need to be like ordinary calendar programs, because peoples schedules do not change that much. Once a client is referred for counseling his schedule does not usually change. Also, since are services are free we do not have to have a billing section.
