Is it possible to write DAs in MacC? How do I create one DRVR
resource from the 3 CODE (0,1 and 255) resources created by the
MDS linker? Any examples?

There is a whole set of examples and tools available on the Consulair Examples
disk (standard with 4.0, minimal charge for previous releases). Someone put
together a DA maker program and documentation that allows you to write the
program and then convert it into a DA. It's pretty slick, actually.
