Does the existence of the Mac Plus (1024KB RAM, DS disk, etc.) imply (1) That the long-awaited ROM upgrade will soon be available? (2) That a DS internal disk upgrade may become available? (3) That an "official" 1024KB RAM upgrade may become available? --- das

If I've read the rumors right, there are two upgrade paths: o Mac -> Mac+: swap motherboard, rear case (for scsi port) and analog board, you end up with a real Mac+ (Probably about a grand, more or less) o upgrade Roms and internal disk, no ram upgrade. You end up with the 800K floppy and the 128K ROM, and whatever Ram you had before. Also no SCSI and the old style serial ports. (About $300-400?)
