[net.micro.mac] Terminal emulator for emacs wanted

Is there a terminal emulator that we can use with emacs?. The problem with
MacTerminal is that cntrl,sft 1,2,3,4,5 etc cause the Mac function keys to
work before, or instead of, sending that code to the vax. We would like to
have an emulator that would copy a tvt4200c and still do xmodem (MacTerm
file transfer).

	Please could someone post a vt102 termcap to me please
