[net.micro.mac] Program resource for setting Switcher partition

I'm finishing up a program that I would like to be as compatible
with Switcher as possible.  I remember hearing a while back that
Switcher checks for some resource to find out a program's prefered
memory partition size.  If someone knows the name and format of this
resource I would appreciate hearing about it.
