[net.micro.mac] Tilde key in MacTerminal 2.0.

I modified the previous version of MacTerminal to produce a tilde ('~')
when I press shift-grave quote ('`') instead of escape.  The way I did
this was to modify the KEYC resource, but there is no such resource
in MacTerminal 2.0.  Any suggestions?
