I would like to publicly commend Charles (eagle!cw) for his discourse on the law, the draft, the constitution, Phil Karn, and language. While I may not personally agree with all his points, he presented a very convincing argument, without lapsing into diatribe, sensationalism or dogmatism. Even though his article was far longer than most, it was pleasant reading. If possible (which I unfortunately doubt), I would like to encourage everyone to think about what they are writing before they post it, as Charles has so obviously and admirably done. -Dan Klein, Mellon Institute, Pittsburgh
