Has anybody heard anything more about Apple suspending production of Mac Pluses becuase of ROM Bugs? Can anybody even confirm the initial rumor? -- Kelvin Thompson

This would have happened over two months ago at the latest. The ones currently being shipped are not flawless, but patches are used in the software to hide this. I guess that is not an unusual procedure to follow. -Steve Cisler

But that's a appleinternal rumor. Maybe wrong, maybe not. /ragge
