MacPascal 2.0 has been released. You should be able to take in your original MacPascal disc and have it updated. Included on the two disk set are the new System (3.1) and Finder (5.2). At least I think those numbers are correct. At any rate they are the release following those I have when running the Installer program received with my Macintosh Plus System Tools disc. One of the nice new features with this Pascal is the ability to create double-clickable programs that you can share with friends. There is only the requirement that you have a small shell program on this disc to effect this change. It also appears that greater use is made of the SANE and it is compatible with the HFS. In addition this version accepts a file of about 2000 lines on a 512K mac, and I would suppose 4000 on the MacPlus.
