Aparently there are a *few* dealers that now have some drive upgrade kits, but it seems Apple has been concentrating on meeting the big demand for Mac Plus's. Anastasio AT&T Bell Laboratories mhuxl!sja Here at the University of Utah we have received about 26 disk drive/ROM upgrades and about 20 Mother board upgrades. 20 of the drive/Rom upgrades were put together with the Mother board upgrades for obvious reasons. Apple told the bookstore here that we wouldn't see any till June and then these showed in the next few days!!! Tony Jacobs

Anastasio AT&T Bell Laboratories mhuxl!sja I was at the local Mac store here in SF last week and he said (the owner) that the upgrades had been delayed and he was talking about deliveries in JULY. I would tend to believe him, but who knows for sure? Peter Espen P.S. Alot of people are selling there 512K Macs for about $1200 and then buying a Mac+ for a difference of about $800.

Yes indeedy. The disk/rom upgrades do actually exist. Bought mine
yesterday at Priority One on Trimble here in San Jose. Should be
reaching the rest of the world real soon now.
