[net.misc] Turing Test;Rests of Human Intelligence on the Net?

I agree with watmath!cbostrum that a discussion on topics
related to the turing test could be quite interesting..

The RIGHT NEWSGROUP would probably be net.misc;
incidentally, it seems to me that "philosophical" discussions
like these have virtually disappeared in the last four months
and have been replaced by an abundance of trivia.

P.S. I don't mean to sound high-brow, I am just irritated by 
     too many people getting high on always the same jokes,
     hoppers, flames, movies....,
