Below is a response from Chip Schnarel of MacVentures regarding my recent posting of QuickDrive Information. It may clarify a few points for those who are interested. MacVentures can't legally post so I'm responding directly to you with a couple of corrections. QuickDrive has been volume shipping since just after Christmas. Initial deliveries were back in October. As of about three weeks ago, QuickDrive is Mac Plus compatible! QuickDrive will plug into either serial port. The printer port, or the MODEM port, the latter is useful for machines on AppleTalk. MacVentures is currently running a promotion which includes Battery Backup for FREE with a purchase of a 2MB QuickDrive. Thanks again, Chip Schnarel ...!tektronix!tekchips!chips
