[net.micro.mac] How to download .bin files?

I used to use macput and macget along with versaterm to download any
binhexed programs (after runnng them through xbin of course).
Now I got this program macbin, which converts the *.{data,info,rsrc} files
into a *.bin file.
The question is what program do I need to download such a file to the
Mac.
Question two, if the program needed is something not included in the
normal Unix utilities group, would you please mail it to me.
