Questions:
1) Does the blinking apple in Way Station put any load on the power supply
when you let it run for days at a time..
2) Is there any to reduce the RPM of the fan in Fanny Mac.
My story:
I used to let my Mac 512 run for weeks at a time with no problem.
Two days after installing WayStation (which blanks out the screen except
for a small apple that randomly jumps around the screen, when you are not
using the system) I blew a power supply. (The two are probably
not be related, but I just wondered if anyone had a similar experience)
I got a Fanny Mac (the fan motor is quiet alright, but it seems to move
more air than is necessary, and noise from the air is annoying). Is there
an easy way to slow down the RPM on one of those fans.
